We went to Stanley Park to ride the Christmas train and see all of lights and displays. Unfortunately, we didn't get to ride the train because it was over a three hour wait to get tickets! But we had a good time anyway! Reagan really enjoyed the petting zoo (of course!) and getting to see all of the beautiful Christmas lights. We'll know next year to buy our tickets online the day before we go so that we can ride that train!

Christmas Dinner with the Knopps
Christmas Surprises
Reagan wasn't the only person in this house to get excited over Christmas presents! Ryan was thrilled to get the Sopranos Collection on DVD. Now he can watch EVERY episode ever filmed from beginning to end! Pops was surprised to get tickets to see the Vancouver Canucks play the Calgary Flames... his first NHL game in person! Momsey fell in love with her bracelet that had a charm with Reagan's picture etched into it. And I was really excited to get a pair of stylish winter boots (that happen to look just like the pair that Reagan wears!)
Christmas Morning
Christmas morning was so much fun this year. For the past few weeks, Reagan has been calling for Santa every morning as we would come down the stairs. She was so excited this morning to get to the bottom of the stairs and see a pile of presents in the middle of the floor! She loves to read, so of course she got lots of books. One of her favorite shows to watch on tv is "The Wonder Pets" so she was thrilled to get the stuffed animals of each character from Pops and Momsey. I refuse to cook ever again since Santa brought Reagan such a cool kitchen... she can do all the cooking from now and we can eat at her new table and chairs! She is truly an animal lover, so the farm set was perfect for her. But no animal compares to a horse in Reagan's eyes, so she was one happy little girl to get her very own horse for Christmas. Santa had tucked it into a very large box, and it started neighing at her before she could get it open. Her eyes nearly popped out of her head when she saw it! It was priceless!

Snow with Pops and Momsey
Momsey said that she was wishing for a White Christmas, and her wish was granted! We played in our backyard for awhile, and Pops helped Reagan to build a snowman. We all took off to the park that is just around the corner from our house, and it was hard to tell who was having the most fun. Reagan really enjoyed playing on all of the playground equipment while it was covered in snow, and she was none too happy when we decided that it was too cold to stay outside any longer!

Christmas with Mackenna
Reagan's best friend is Mackenna, so of course the two had to get together for Christmas! Mackenna gave Reagan an awesome easel, and it was fun watching the girls show off their artistic abilities. I proved that I can not draw a horse to save my life that night, but Kevin can draw a pretty cool penguin!!
The Climber
Gymnastics Superstar
Reagan LOVES going to gymnastics. She was so excited to take Pops and Momsey with her when they came to visit for Christmas so she could show off all of her new skills. And trust me, she was showing off big time... flipping around the bar, doing back "whoop-dee-doos" with Mommy, walking the balance beam, and anything else she could think of to show them that she is the star of her class!

Crazy Ponytail
Reagan let me play with her hair, and we ended up with one crazy looking ponytail! She's getting better at letting me do stuff with her hair... the other day she actually let me use the curling iron on her!! From the look on her face in this picture, she wasn't to impressed with my styling abilities!

Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!
We had our first big snowfall of the season, and Reagan was amazed. She stood at the window off and on all day saying, "Hi Snow!" Once it finally slowed down a little bit, we took her out to play. It was only up just past her ankles at this point, but we eventually had enough snow that she sank in to her knees! She had fun letting Ryan pull her around on her sled, and she even tried to catch some flakes on her tongue. It really was beautiful.
