The Pink Puppy
Reagan has decided that she is a puppy just like Dixie. Either that or she has figured out that it is much easier to crawl with both hands free. But the little pink puppy has to go with her everywhere she goes, and that includes when she is on the move! So, she tucks the puppy into her mouth, and off she goes. It's the cutest thing to see!
America's Junior Miss
Reagan will be the next Junior Miss in the family... she's already posing for the camera with her medallion! She was playing in Mommy's memory box while I was doing some cleaning, and she thinks that my medallion is her new necklace. It also apparantly makes for a good teething aid! She's my beauty queen princess, no doubt about it!

Mommy's Little Helper
I spent most of the weekend putting together a new desk, and Reagan was quite the little helper. She got a kick out of watching the power drill, and she thought the hammer was her newest toy. Probably not the safest thing for her to be playing with since she is only 10 months old today... but she was having a blast!

Teeth
The day before Valentine's Day, I noticed two white spots just below the surface on her bottom gum. Sure enough, 3 days later her FIRST TOOTH appeared! And exactly one week after that, the second one was fully through as well. She's chomping on everything now! You can't see them at in this picture, but you can know that her first pearly whites are there. And don't worry... as soon as we are able to get a decent picture you can rest assured that I will share it with you!

A Date with Dixie
Since we are still under the strict laws of quarantine, Reagan was all dressed up with no where to go on Valentine's Day. So she had a little date with Dixie... her favorite Valentine! Dixie can always make Reagan smile, no matter what! In these pictures, they are having fun playing peek-a-boo at the french doors!
The Singing Balloon
Happy Valentine's Day
Reagan was spoiled rotten on Valentine's Day (which really is no different than any other day!) by everyone. She got a cute teddy bear, a pair of hot pink pajamas, and a super cool singing balloon from Mommy & Daddy. And she got a really cool set of books from Pops & Momsey. She is everyone's little sweetheart this year!
Thanks also Pops & Momsey for Mommy's new hot pink slippers!

Back to the Hospital
We were only home for two days before Reagan was admitted to the hospital again. She had a relapse with the RSV, and she had developed several new infections. Her final diagnosis was: RSV, Staphylococcus, an ear infection, a sinus infection, a bladder infection, a urniary tract infection, a gastro-intestinal infection, and thrush. We were in the hospital for 6 days this time, bringing the grand total to 17 days. We are home now, and she is finally starting to recover. We are still in "quarantine" and will be until at least the middle to end of March. Our doctor still wants to perform a couple more tests, but her immune system needs to rebuild before those can be scheduled. Both of the tests will be perfomed at BC Children's Hopspital in downtown Vancouver, and we all know that hospitals are full of germs! In the meantime, Reagan and I are hanging out at home and having lots of fun while she continues to get well. She has expanded her repertoire of favorite TV shows to include "Elmo's World" and "The Backyardigans" along with her Baby Einstein vidoes. And she is talking up a storm now. Mama, Dad, and Daddy have been in her vocabulary for some time now. And she constantly talks to "Bob", which we have finally decided also means Mom. She said "apple" a few times while we were in the hospital, but she hasn't said it since we have been back home. Her newest word is "Didi" which means Dixie. Everytime the dog comes into the room, Reagan smiles, claps her hands and says "Hi Didi!!" It is too cute!
