I HEART ART

I have to tell you that I was extremely excited when I found out about We Heart Art week!

Domestically Challenged, Three Bay B Chicks and I’m Living Proof that God Has a Sense of Humor are hosting a week long blog carnival Art Appreciation Week called “We Heart Art.”

The purpose? To promote art and being creative both with your kids and as individuals.

During this week, all three sites have been featuring posts about how to get your artsy creative juices flowing. AND, today and tomorrow, they are also hosting a carnival (via Mr. Linky) which will allow you to feature your artwork and/or your kid’s creations.

What mother doesn't want the chance to show what a brilliant artist her child(ren) are? This mother for one is jumping on the chance to showcase Reagan's artwork to the world!

You may remember from a post I did a couple of months ago that my Reagan is a very ENTHUSIASTIC artist. I have video proof for you...

Photo Sharing - Video Sharing - Photo Printing
Here is her finished product...
Reagan is not just a genius with the paintbrush either. She can work wonders with stickers. See for yourself...I very proudly display all of her artwork at my desk, so that I can enjoy it while I spend many countless hours in blogland I am working.I love them all, but this one is my favorite!Feel free to join in on all of the artwork frenzy! Just visit any of the three fabulous hosts to get all of the details, to enjoy artwork from others, and to see all of the AMAZING prizes that you can possibly win. There is even a category for grown-up artwork as well!

You crack me up!!! You are so a mom of one! Do you know what my desk would look like if I try to hang any of it up? lol Actually it would look exactly like the corner of my office that is just a HUGE pile of artwork from all three of them. Its all sitting on top of the file boxes I bought to "organize" it all in!

How cute. I love that you display all of your little girls artwork. I also love you work area (I know that blogging is work) We have a frame in the hallway where we switch out all of our favorite pieces of Trey's handy work. Have a great Wednesday!

The first picture of her holding up her painting... so adorable! I love the way she is holding it so proud.

And totally off the topic of art, I LOVE your desk! That is so cool with all the drawers and all!

She is adorable, and quite the sticker maven! Nothing like a little sticker action, is there?
I love your desk! Isn't it fun to NOT sit in blogland and see their artwork! I have art by Elijah by my desk and can't wait to put some of Ashers up. You know, when he colors on something other than himself.

She is just precious! I love how she flings the paint on the paper as she says "ya, ya, ya"!! She's a superstar in the making!!

You're right. She's a genius.

Can you tell I'm not a mom if I say that while I watched her spattering that paint, I had a mini anxiety attack and desperately wanted to clean your couch? lol I love the result though!
