The Meadows Maze

It is the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend (yes, Thanksgiving in October... crazy!) and we decided to do something fun. We took Reagan to The Meadows Maze corn maze in Pitt Meadows. Somehow, we were there for three hours and never set foot in the corn maze! Reagan was more interested in all the other stuff that they have to do there. We were impressed with the petting zoo... especially the gigantic turkey!

"No Daddy, I do it by myself!"
That seemed to be the theme of the day for us. We thought the mountain slide might be too much for Reagan to handle on her own, but she proved us wrong as she pushed us away. The pictures tell the story... she grabbed her piece of burlap, climbed the mountain, and came down the slide all by herself. Over and over and over and over again!

Just like on the mountain slide, Reagan insisted on riding the pony all by herself. She wouldn't even let us go in the ring with her to just hand over the ticket... she had to do it. And do it she did! We aren't riding experts, but we think she even had perfect form. Her cousin Julia will have to let us know about that one!  She was so proud of herself, and we were pretty proud of her too.
