Tinkerbell

Reagan was invited to a birthday party this weekend for our neighbor across the street named Piper who just turned one! We knew ahead of time that it was to be a Tinkerbell themed party, so Reagan wore her Tinkerbell dress. Little did we know that Tink herself was going to be in attendance as well...Reagan was speechless... she was simply in awe. She would not leave Tink's side throughout the party, and thankfully Tinkerbell was a really good sport in that she even got Reagan to eat ALL of her lunch before she could have any birthday cake. Seriously, I think that if Tink had told Reagan to jump that we would have heard Reagan ask her, "How high?" Later that night, Tinkerbell phoned our house to tell Reagan good night and to congratulate her on eating all of her dinner like a big girl. Reagan now thinks that she is the coolest kid in the world because Tinkerbell has her phone number... AND USED IT! (Tink is really the sister of the mother of the little girl who turned one!)
Something tells me that we will be seeing Tinkerbell again at Reagan's birthday party next year. She's already agreed to make a guest appearance if we want her to!

So, so cute! I can just imagine how happy and excited she must have been! What a great way to get her to eat her lunch before having cake! :)

That looks like great fun! Hannah missed a birthday party yesterday but thankfully she is still too young to remember being invited! LOL I love your Father's Day post by the way. :)

Awww, I can just see her following Tink around all day! what a great idea for a party.

At my nephew's first birthday, Marty dressed as Tigger and came bouncing out of the house, scaring the wits out of the kids and they cried. One little girl had nightmares of Tigger for years after that.

Tink's a much better idea!

love ya,
Tiff

Oh man, whatever it was that you did sounds FUNNY! I am just imagining the possibilities in my head... I'm sure it was scarey, but because of the way you described it, I'm just giggling at the thought of you doing cheers while ...uh.... tipsy?!

Glad everything's okay!

How fun!!

I think Natalie would be the same way if one of those creepy Yo Gabba Gabba characters would show up. I wish I could take one with me on the airplane because I imagine she'd be quiet if Brobee asked her to.

That is totally awesome, the lady does look so much like Tinkerbell. I love the fact that she called Reagan at home. I bet your little girl will not forget this day.

That is the coolest idea for a girl's birthday party! And the fact that she called your daughter later is so sweet!
